New design for electrical diaphragm pump

Home Engineering Pumps, Valves, Hydraulics, Pneumatics New design for electrical diaphragm pump

THE new e-PURE electrically driven double diaphragm pump series from the Verder Group is designed to achieve optimal fluid-flow speed and energy efficiency.

This series sees reduced maintenance, lower energy costs, and a longer lifespan. Housing is made from solid machined PTFE or PE (UHMW), and the wetted parts are built from PEEK and SS 316L.

The pump is electrically driven so there’s no need for expensive compressed air, reducing energy consumption even further. Fluid moves through the pump horizontally, and the electric drive ensures reciprocating movement of the diaphragms so that the diaphragm chambers are alternately filled and pressed. This pump design uses flapper valves instead of ball valves.

Overall, this new pump series offers a sustainable solution with all the typical advantages of a diaphragm pump.
