New property management company opens in the Eastern Cape

Home Business Management Facilities Management New property management company opens in the Eastern Cape

A new property management service has opened its doors in Gqeberha, offering much needed hands-on services to the commercial, retail, industrial and residential property sectors within the Eastern Cape.

Owner and CEO, Martin Bester, who has over 20 years of experience within the property management industry, identified a need in the Eastern Cape for local, hands-on, professional property management support services – such as tenant liaison, leasing, facilities management, building reports and, importantly, local government issues.

“Our services will be of particular use to property owners and professionals from outside the province who own assets here, reducing the need for time consuming and costly travel to and from the province, and providing a locally based professional presence.”

“Servicing Gqeberha, East London and surrounds, Peerless Property Management (PPM) will take care of all the on-site operational requirements and day-to-day needs of properties on behalf of owners, asset managers, tenants, service providers and other stakeholders, and will report back to the various parties as required.”

Services offered include – amongst others – the signing of leases, incoming and outgoing tenant inspections, site inspections, facilities management, and overseeing tenant installations. PPM also offer bespoke, customised and negotiated services depending on the specific and unique needs of each property.
