KOUGA Local Municipality once again achieved a clean audit from the auditor-general for the 2024/25 financial year, The local government authority said it marks the second consecutive year of good financial management and sound governance.
Kouga Executive Mayor, Hattingh Bornman, said, “This clean audit is a testament to the hard work, discipline, and dedication of our administration and staff. It reflects our continued commitment to building a capable, ethical and well-governed municipality that serves our communities with pride.”
He said the accomplishment reaffirms the municipality’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and service excellence.
